The annual Bed Race is a spectacular event held each summer to raise funds for youth summer camp scholarships to the Boys & Girls Club of Noblesville and Noblesville Parks & Recreation programs.
Both organizations provide positive, healthy, safe and fun activities for the children of Hamilton County and each year, experience an increase of scholarship requests from families in need. We are asking you to partner with us in order to ensure there are enough scholarships for our youth to take full advantage of all our programs have to offer. Adults, children, businesses, and schools are welcome to help us “Put School To Bed and Race Into Summer” by running their beds in a foot race that is unmatched in Central Indiana!
The Bed Race is open to all Hamilton County Residents 16 and older (16 year old participants must have a waiver).
How to Join the Race
- Form a team of 4 or 5 and fill out the entry form.
- Turn in your entry form and pay entry fee.
- Teams at that time will receive race packet
- Info with rules, bed construction guidelines, and waiver forms.
- Start bed construction and prepare for race day!

- Time: 6:00 P.M. Registration and 7:00 P.M. Race Time
- Cost: EARLY BIRD REGISTRATION (Ends May 2)
- $25 - Supply your own bed
- $75 - "Borrow" a bed
- Cost: Registration May 3-29
- $50 - Supply your own bed
- $100 - "Borrow" a bed
- Captain's Meeting: Thursday, May 29
CAPTAIN'S MEETING IS MANDATORY FOR NEW TEAMS AND INCLUDES BED PICKUP - Race Course is located on 9th Street Between Conner & Logan Streets
- Teams are made of 4 or 5 people. Teams are allowed to have an alternate in case of an injury.
