19 - Noblesville Creates Campus Clean-up (Fri AM/AFT)

Description

Volunteers will help Noblesville Creates with their annual campus clean up. 

Project will include: pulling vines and weeds, minor repairs to structures and fencing, haul broken furniture and other objects to the dump, help with restoring Bicentennial Mural. 

If you can, please bring work gloves!

·         MEET AT THE HAMILTON COUNTY FAIRGROUNDS 1 HOUR BEFORE YOUR PROJECT START TIME FOR SHIFT UPDATES AND DOOR PRIZES!

·         If you sign up for multiple shifts/days, it is important to attend registration before EACH shift.

Inclement Weather Plan: SERVE Week Inclement Weather Plan We’re ready to serve rain or shine—but sometimes the weather has other plans! In the event of inclement weather, here’s what you need to do: ➡️ Head to the Hamilton County 4-H Fairgrounds 2003 Pleasant St, Noblesville, IN 46060 This will be our central hub to regroup, reorganize, and reassign volunteers to available projects that can still happen safely. What to expect at the Fairgrounds: o Project updates and weather-related adjustments o Alternative indoor or covered service opportunities o A chance to connect with fellow volunteers and SERVE staff o Coffee, smiles, and a little bit of controlled chaos! ✅ If conditions allow, we will still try to get you out on a meaningful project! ✅ Please be sure that you come to Fairgrounds for the Kickoff 1-hour before your scheduled time, as we will have regular updates through the week as projects get wrapped up or need to change for various reasons. This will save you time and frustration! Thank you for your flexibility, patience, and heart to serve—no matter the forecast!
