We are hosting a RAISE THE ROOF Community Night fundraiser with live bluegrass music, kid and adult activities, food trucks, silent auction and raffle.
Needing volunteers to help with:
- Set Up 3:00-5:00PM
- Check-in attendees and walk-in sales (using Zeffy) 5-7:30 7:30-10PM or Longer if you're having fun!
- Kids activities MUST LIKE CHILDREN! (set up and assist making fairy crowns/ninja masks-EASY AND FUN, bubbles, various balls, rackets, hula hoops) 5-7:30 7:30-10PM or Longer if you're having fun!
- Silent Auction (set up, assist bidders with QR codes on Zeffy)
- Beer/wine sales (must provide current alcohol license, cashless sales through QR code on Zeffy) 5-7:30 7:30-10PM or Longer if you're having fun!
- Clean up after event.
Shifts 2-2.5 hours or the entire time if you're having fun!
Lots of opportunities to help out while listening to great live bluegrass music!
