Inspire Wonder as Children Discover God's Creation
If you love nature and encouraging curiosity, this class is for you. As a Learning Guide (what we call our volunteer teachers), once a week on Thursdays, you'll lead engaging read-alouds, facilitate simple hands-on activities, encourage nature journaling, and guide students as they explore the beauty and complexity of God's creation together.
Students ages 3-12 will:
- Explore a new nature topic each week
- Keep a personal nature journal through drawing, labeling, and reflection
- Enjoy living book read-alouds.
Whether you're an experienced homeschool parent, a retired educator, a college student, or simply someone who enjoys encouraging children, we'd love to help you find a place to serve. We provide curriculum, lesson plans, supplies, training, and ongoing support. Background check required.
