Help Young Artists Bring Their Ideas to Life
If you enjoy creating and encouraging others, we'd love to have you! As a Learning Guide (what we call our volunteer teachers), once a week on Thursdays, you'll read a themed picture book, guide hands-on playdoh and loose parts creativity, and encourage students as they create sculptures inspired by literature, nature, and seasonal themes.
Students ages 3-7 will:
- Learn about a themed topic
- Create three-dimensional sculptures
- Express creativity and literary analysis through hands-on activities
Whether you're an experienced homeschool parent, a retired educator, a college student, or simply someone who enjoys encouraging children, we'd love to help you find a place to serve. We provide curriculum, lesson plans, supplies, training, and ongoing support. Background check required.
